Special Instruction Box on delivery document

All,

I have a requirement where i need to populate a message in the Special instruction box located on the packing list print output only when a specific material is ordered.

Can i use save user_exit of the delivery document? if so what kind of code i can use for this?

Why don't you just change the layout of the output and the print program to achieve the desired print output?

You can use save user exit or BADI. Just us function module save_text , text id is your packing list text.
