SAP B1 upgrade to 8.8

I have a client that upgraded to SAP Business One 8.8 PL17. He claims that after the upgrade the Inventory Audit report no longer balances to the general ledger.

I was going to run the Restore Balances for the Items and the General Ledger

Any thoughts
