Hi All,

I have a requirement like this.

when ever a new solution is posted, the alert should be triggered and placed on alert area of home screen.

can you please guide how to create a event for this and the rule for the same.

Hi all,

The event given in the standard ic is ic related event. but here i want the alert to be triggered when a new solution is added to solution database(knowledge search).

please guide me to acheive it.
