While taking backup of offline redolog files it falling

Hello experts

While running brarchive it is failling with below error please find the log

Brbackup is calling backint which means is calling a 3rd party backup tool.

BMA cannot be started or similar

Whatever tool you are using (sound like HP Data Protector) is failing to start, I'll contact the vendor or you IT Admin

Hi,

If you are using the option Backup device type: util_file you might have to set additional parameters.
