Hi All,
I am installed JCO 2.1.10 on HP UX 11.31 U ia64 with WebSphere 6.1 for integration BO with BW system. BO services installed on Win2008r2 with JCO 32bit.
I am getting error when trying to import roles from BW-system "com/sap/mw/jco/JCO$Function"
Check JCO on Windows 2008 (with BO services) sucessfull. But when I tried to JCO on HP-UX i get error:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC'
JCO.nativeInit(): Could not initialize dynamic link library

at com.sap.mw.jco.About.<init>(About.java:49)
at com.sap.mw.jco.About.main(About.java:110)
When i tried run java with option -d64 i get result without error! But check in Webshere - error
The paths are mentioned as:
SHLIB_PATH = /opt/sapjco-hpia64
CLASSPATH= /opt/sapjco-hpia64/sapjco.jar
JAVA_OPTS="-d64"
Additionally add the sapjco.jar path to Websphere classpath (SAP KBA 1538624) - still no luck.
Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks
Dear Yuriy,
Hope you are doing good.
Do check the sap note: 1577779 - Java applications fail with loading middleware layer exceptions which deals with the same issue.
Thank you and have a nice day :).
