While perform action ( PA 40 ), am getting an ERROR Message, pls give your suggestion to solve this.

ERROR Message: Action cannot be a Country Reassignment. Check your entry ( in PA 40 )

Please do not check the country reassignment option( the right extreme) while you create personnel action type ( T529A) it is the last selection option

Please remove the check from the checkbox Country reassignment in the table t529
