Chinese Character not printing when printing

Hi All,

This is in reference with the Chinese Character not printing when printing the Purchase order while login into EN and ZH both.

In place of Chinese ### is printing , request you to suggest the any guidelines or device types etc.

Printer model is : HP Leaser Jet 5200

Used Device type in SAP : TWHPLJ4

Few more information to understand the issue more closly.

u2022 Purchase order program is developed using smartforms, font has used is CNSONG. In smartform

u2022 Printer has the Chinese font card in it ( Phisical located in China- Dongguan).

u2022 Output type set in printer is Chinese.

u2022 When printing the other doc in Chinese its getting printed ( Using the word doc and Using their BAAN ERP).

u2022 When printin from SAP none (Not even singal ) of the Chinese Char. Getting printed in Purchase order.

u2022 Tried to print using frontend printing , no success.

System Information :

ECC 6.0 EHP4 ( Release 701, SP level 06 ).

I had same issue , please try with SWINCF (with access method G), it would work

I need some clarifications to understand this issue more clearly.

-- Using the Font CNSONG and device type TWHPLJ4, did printing from SAP work fine before?

-- What is your method of printing? Local or NetworK?
