Tax Exemption limit

Hi Friends,

As the income tax exemption limit is increase for the FY 2011-12 from

Rs160,000/- to Rs180,000/- for Male employee.

The SAP is not calculating the tax assuming the tax limit is 160000 for the

FY 2011-12.

Please suggest.

Can you please confirm even if the team has applied the NOTE but the back end customization is still missing, can i go and manually make the changes. Will this technically make any difference.

I have checked all the config as per Note 1568264 is in place but it is still not working.

Will you please counter check the dates of the new entries as well the delimited values ( check the start date and end date)

Not able to get the query completely. Also Have you implemented the 2011 Budget Note alongwith its manual activity which modify the table V_T7INT1 and V_T7INT3. SAP has asked to created few new slab code and maintain the limit for that. Check the same for slab code SL21, SL22, SL23 etc.
