commitment not displyed in S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment report

Dear All,

commitment not displyed in S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment report when I generate PR from Project but if I create the PR manually using ME51n then the system shows Commitment in reports.

please help resove this issue

Hi,

For commitments not to generate the following are the reasons, please check the following settings.

1. Tcode: OKKP --> for your controlling area, commitment management setting should be active as well projects should be checked in this settings.

2. For all invetory Balance sheet accounts used in OBYC -BSX settings, please create cost elements with cost element category "90". Include these cost elements also in your value categories.

Note: For Balance sheet accounts used in OBYC only we can create statistical costelement with 90 category.

3.Run T:code:CJEN to reconstruct your information database.

4. also ensure your tolorence limits are set for your budget profile as ++

This will solve your problem.

Hi,

Please check seconday cost elements is crated for your inventory a/c. All ps reoirts are cost elements based reports, if cost elelement is not created then system will not give any values in reports.

Aslo check your OBYC setting for maintainance for proper GL a/c for inventory and consumprion.
