Sharing Credit Limit

Dear Experts

I am having a problem on sales credit limit issue. Below is my scenario:

There are four companies (e.g. A, B, C and D) in the SAP Business One system and they are separated as four databases. However, these four companies are actually under a same group holdings limited. They have some common customers. The credit limit for those customers is shared within these four companies. For example, a credit limit of $1,000,000 is shared within the four companies (Credit limit of Company A + B + C + D = $1,000,000),.When a customer ordered product from Company A at a total of $200,000, the credit limit would be reduced to $800,000 for company B, C and D. The logic of sharing credit limit is like "First Come First Served" until limit is used up and when the limit is exceed, system should alert user whether to add the order.

My question is: would there be any queries or other solutions that could solve the above scenario?

Thank you for your attention.

Regards

Elton
