customer expected price

Dear all

I have a requirement that Customer will send his expected price while placing the order if that price is too much different the order should be block automatically. Please give me an idea to solve this issue.

You can achieve it using exit changes. What you need to compare two prices of two condition types and accordingly set the block in order.
