Hello experts,
We are facing some issue while transferring the item from catalog to shopping cart. This error occurs only if a proxy is used for internet communication. Could you please help.

if its in the case of a reverse proxy -
the proxy redirects to the SRM MDM app - and hence the return target for the catalog is the proxy as the SRM URL is not passed and hence not known to catalog. - hence the issue i believe

If you are using a proxy you should probably look into the use of the table HTTPURLLOC to properly route the proxy settings and ensure the correct protocol and port are being used for catalog call, and more importantly for catalog return.
