Quotation's IPC product's Knowledge Base Build number reading.

Hi Experts,

I need to read the Knowledge Base Build number of the IPC product which is used in the Configuration Unit (Quotation). I have the Configuration unit's object_id so I have used the CRM_ORDER_READ function module.

From the output table ET_CONFIG, I can fetch the knowledge base name and the version. I am not able to get the Build number of the knowledge base. Can anyone tell me in which field the knowledge base Build number is saved or how to fetch the knowledge base build number from the configuration unit (quotation) using the FM crm_order_read.

Hi Javed,

probably you can use CRM_CFG_FIND_KNOWLEDGEBASES in addition to the CRM_ORDER_READ.
