how to deleted Personnel No As hiring new employee used PA 40 TC

Hi Experts,

End User was going to hire 1 person in T-Code PA40,by mistake he has been come out from the screen and system automatically generated a personal number without any action or date or data.

Now the system shows the Error that Number range 03 is interval ,Donot enter a personal number when we try to reassign any data in that personal number using PA30.

Please provide any solutions to enter data in that personal number

First delete hired employee ...if you have already hired with half data....goto PA30 enter personal number and select Utilities then delete personal number.

After deleting the personal number if you want to hire employee with same personal number ...you have to reset the number range current status. Goto PA04..select Change status then reset the current number.

Hi

Goto PA40 give the generated pernr and date of hiring and execute the hiring action.

It goes to IT 0000 and there click on execute infogroup to enter the data for the employee.

OR

Goto pa30 and enter pernr and select the infotypes individually and enter data rather than deleting the pernr.
