APO and BPC

Can anybody please explain me the difference between APO and BPC.....

Hi,

APO - more used in Demand Pllanning Scenarios, as in forecasting how much quantity is required at a Plant based on past history.

BPC - more used in Financial Planning,as in setting targets and predict expected spend requierd for all departements within business.

Technically and Functionally they are different.

BPC is a new product from SAP.

Historically, for financial planning SAP introduced below products

SAP BPS

SAP BW - IP

SAP BW BCS

SAP BPC.

Please search online for more information on above products. There are lot of them available online.
