How many sub reports we can create in main report..

There is no limit on sub reports, only one limt is that you can't insert any sub reports inside a sub report.

hi,

You can have as many sub-reports as possible within a single CR report.

But you need to consider the following.

1) Performance

2) Processing Cycles (Passes)

So ensure that your subreports are lightweight and have only required fields.

Also, heavy sub-reports can be made as "On-Demand". Such that first refresh of the entire report will be faster.

i dont believe there is a limit. keep in mind subreports are smaller sub reports of the main.

based upon your joins the main report runs, finds the link, runs the sub and so on.

the more subs you have the longer your report can take.

what are you trying to accomplish, maybe theres another option.
