Archiving file - login error

Hi,

I am trying to read a file and archive it to a different server.

I get a Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

any suggestion what should be done?

HI,

1) User id and password is correct (Casesensitive)?

2) Autorization from XI server ?

3) Check the directory permissions
