what is extended withholding tax and how it configure.

HI,

Tax held at source is called withhodling tax (example in TDS , Tax deducted at source)

withholding tax are two types.

1. Classic withholding tax and (CWT)

2 .Extended withholding tax (EWT)

CWT is old method (SAP is not supporting for new customer)

EWT is new method

CWT is support only one tax code only

EWT is support multiple taxes

CWT is support only payments

EWT is support both payment and INV

SPRO>FA > FAGS>WT> EWT>
