F4 help is not working for display of Sales Order va03, VBAK- VKGRP

Hello Experts

F4 help is not working for 2-3 users in VA03 transaction for Sales Group field.

Instead of showing Sales Group maintained in system , it POPS UP " NO VALUES SELECTED", MAINTAIN ENTRIES?."

Issue with 2-3 users , but for same users working fine in VA02 transaction .

Checked & compared SU3, SU01D etc .

What is missing

Plz help

From your above explanation of the issue pertaining to User access to searching out value related to Sales group, i think you should reach out to basis consultant for help but i am not sure whether Basis consultant will be able to help you since you have access for Sales Group in VA02 T-code.

Please request those users to take screenshot of SU53 immediately after getting this error message and pass it on to your Basis team.
