Check for Multiple License types

Hi,

We have checked the Multiple License types in " Control settings for Legal Control Service". We are not using any Value or Quantity fields in Licensing. However we maintained muliple licenses under different multiple type and all Licenses are under Valid dates. However during the screening, system is picking up only single license instead of multiple licenses.

How to achieve this. We already activated the "Check Multiple License types" When i checked the F1 on this field, it provides me the following data.

If several license types are to be checked, the system must determine a valid license for each license type, otherwise the document is blocked.

To use this function, you must assign an authority to the license types to be checked. Otherwise it will not be possible to determine a valid license for each license type.

How to read all the activate Multiple licenses with Multiple License types.

Hi Pradeep,

we have maintained the check for mulitiple license types for one of the export adminstration legal reulations and for the license types without value and Qty and we are able to see all the licenses correctly.We have followed below mentioned steps.Pls check if something missing in your configuration.

In Control settings for legal control service we have activated the check for multiple lincense types

In Define license types we have assinged multiple licenses like civil end user,encryptions,shipment to country grp B cntries,shipment of limited value,no license required

In define license types we have checked the objects doc numebr,control class,country of dest/dep,multiple partner countries,etc and Update filed is blank for value and qty

Finally we have maintained license master data with the combination of legal reg and license type
