Default warehouse for sales representative

We have webtools & several licenses to use for our representatives in the field. We would like to have them place orders for us, but assign a specific warehouse to keep up with their inventory that they have on hand. How do I assign those sales representatives to a particular warehouse so that when orders placed by them on their customers will show product leaving their warehouse?

u should try alert management as soon as material is dispatched and the alert will go to sales employee tagged in delivery

Hi John,

You can set up a default warehouse under User Defaults, which then you can assign to different users to make sure they use a specific warehouse. Go to Administration -> Setup -> General -> User Defaults. The Warehouse setting is on Defaults tab. Then assign this to the user under the User Setup screen.

With these settings the selected warehouse will be used automatically when the user creates a transaction.

HI

You can assign a common warehouse for the sales employees...

so whenever they place an order,You should start raising sales order to the new customer and in that document,you can mention the 'Sales Employee' which is located above the 'owner' field...

SO you can do like this..
