Every Jan 1 we need to create a Absence quota record (created in Time Eval). This record should be for 0.0 hours.
Based on how the employee records their working hours, this quota will increase to a certain cap.
The way we wrote the PCR is that before we accrue anything in the quota, we check to see if the quota has reached its cap. If now, then we increase the value else we ignore the incrementing value.
The issue is that on 1st Jan, we check for the Cap. Since the Quota record does not exist, we end up getting an error in Time Eval...
Any ideas on how we can create a Absence record without and entitlement in Time Eval on Jan -1
Currently we create the record with 0.01 hours but this is incorrect and needs to be fixed.
