No Customer Master Records for sold to party 211111

Hi SD Experts

Ihave an issue like No Customer Master Records for sold to party 211111,

i have done all the settings but still error is comming when i was creating sales order please help me on this .

based on that i can give the solution bcoz even also faced same probelm

hi prasanna,

yes i took partner functions my own insteadoff standared one. and i have done cleaer and will shows P.F's in xd02 - sales area tab - partner function view but still the same error is comming .

Kindly check your partner determination procedure config steps again:

1. Define Partner Function

2. Define Partner Determination Procedure

3. Assign Partner Function in Partner Determination Procedure

4. Partner Determination Procedure Assignment, assigning Customer Account Group & Partner Function.

5. Finally, Account Groups & Partner Function Assignment.

Hi Satish & Aditya,

Thanks for giving the reply but i have done the pantner procedere and assingemt to acct group, and i have created custmer master also in that sale area tab the system shown the partner functions which i was taken .Is there any possible area to solve this error.

Have you created the customer in the same sales area that you are using in sales order

Update sales group,sales office in sales view of customer master(XD02 / VD02),

then try do sales document,it will work.

Check the partner functions in customer master.You have to maintain the partner determination if it is not there.

Then issue will be resolved
