Problem with SAP GUI 7.20 Patch 6

Dear colleagues, I am having a problem with a self-developed Tx.

In these days I've started testing with functional support, and support development on the SAP client GUI 7.20 Patch 6 to start migration on company computers.

The problem is that when you run this tx after filling the fields it returns no results and I returned to the main menu of the SAP customer.

In another pc with the same version installed if it returns results, are configured similarly

I would appreciate help me see where the problem?
