how to create service master at standalone scenario with hierarchy.

hi , i am a new comer in SRM area.

we use SRM 7.0 with Standalone scenario, can we create service master with hierarchy? how ?

Hi,

You can create service hierarchy in RFX manually by the following steps:

- navigate to items tab

- add line button , select outline

- next add a sub outline or subline to the above parent outline from Add Subline button

In total you can have a maximum of 5 levels.
