Dear Experts,
Normally when we confirm the TO, PGR has automatically for the IBD.
But, to test a an issue in production, Can I stop automatic PGR when I confirm the TO without changing the config?

Keep the IBD in change mode while you confirm the TO. I'd think the PGR will fail due to locked entry.
