Content Repositoy Error... !

Hi experts.

Recently bugged up with an issue for 2 days.

We have ECC 6.0 system linked to the Content Server. The External Storage Server contains all the Archived Data. I installed PBS software, created Content Repositories, tested the connection and sent Certificate to each repository successfully.

The PBS server is on Windows 2008 R2, where the CRs are there, and there IIS is running fine.

But whenever, from transaction SARI, I am trying to access any archived document the following error throws up:

HTTP error: 404 (not found) "Cannot find document FE81287329ED014780AC74AF5347416C on NAS (IP Address).

NAS is where our Perma-bit (Archived Data) storage is. All is perfect, except this...deadline is very near....Badly need your valuable advise!

Thanks Juan, for the initiative. The issue got solved. It was an error in the CR mapping.

Whats the status of the repository in CSADMIN?

Under SARA -> Object -> Management - Whats the status of the session where this document belongs?

Now it has been more than 1 week....issue unresolved....any comments/advice would be extremely appreciated!
