Automatic notification

Sir,

during the production order confirmation some qty as enter as scrap with reason of variance in CO11N screem

Now i want to know wether it is possible to create any automatic notification for what ever the qty enter as scrap during confirmation.

Pls help me to find a solution

As Already suggested if you are using any user exit after confirming Production order then it might possible to create notification.
