Access to C:\TEMP ?

Hello,

is there any possibility to get access to "C:\TEMP" from a bsp application?

We are trying to download a original from a document info record into C:\TEMP but get the error message: "File C:\TEMP\..." cannot be generated."

Would a "save to" popup help you or must it be c:/temp?
