Sir,

If we are not going to block the payment still ud in this scenarion we want to give procurment key in material master

Also pls tell me what are the other function of procument key in material master

Procurement keys are defined in config. There are about a half dozen options you can choose. One of the most common is requiring release and requiring a COA. You can click on each item in config and use F1 to display the help on each choice.

Most of these should be pretty well explained by the help files. If you have questions on any one in particular, let us know. You can find the config under QM in the QM in logistics section.
