Hello,
is there a concept to add additional columns to IP16, IP18, IP24?
Our users want to see here customer-no and customer-name.

There is an alternative solution. You can use transaction IW73. Select on the order type created by you maintenance plan. In this lay out you can easily add customer, order number, contract, maintenance plan, ....
There is a BADI for adding additional columns to PM/CS reports but I'm not sure if it covers these TCodes

Are there other ideas on this question or is Z-report the only option without modification?

No std option available to do this, you need to go for customized Z report. But still you can wait for experts to comments.
