Hi,

We are configuring ESS/MSS packaged.Under MSS tab, one picture comes but it is cracking.

I have checked IGS it is there by default.

Request you to suggest what needs to be done to get the clear picture without any crack.

This shows that your IGS is working properly....

Our backend and portal are out different-2 system.

What do you mean exactly ?

What happens when you enter http://<portalhost>:4NN80 into the browser?

Thanks,

Shanti

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. As per note(Note 704604 - Business graphics, GeoMaps are not displayed in WD Java),

we have to do some changes in visual admin tool the restart the server.

Please suggest is it the right step to go ahead with?

Yes, you will need to maintain the IGS URL as explained in SAP Note 704604

If the J2EE search engine and the IGS are on the same machine, try to use http://localhost rather than http://HOST

Thanks,

Shanti

The crack actually displays that your IGS is not configured properly...

you will find same cracked image everywhere a graphic should have been displayed....

Check configurations for IGS.....
