Purchase Info Update

I have created material and vendor, i created PO directly and also i have selected the info update check box

After saving the PO document i went to me22n and i have noted the Info record number

In that info record net price and effective price not got updated???

Hi Praveen,

This is Standard SAP behavior,the price will not get updated in Inforecord.

It gets updated in the table level only.

How it works,in the Inforecord last doc no. will get updated and from there system will pull the price for next order.

For the second time when i create the Purchase order also the price is not getting updated

Only the last PO doc number got updated

the price in an info record is never upated from a purchase order. SAP updates the last PO number, so it knows where to look for the last PO price to be able to copy it into the new PO.

If you want a price in the info record, then you have to maintain conditions manually in ME12.

For automatic creation of info record from PO,system only take last Po number for update

not any price from PO

If want you can check last PO number info record ,then display info record,click on Goto and click on Purch Organization data 2

you will get last po number there
