Inspection point details change

Hi Guru's,

I have one problem to update the QAPP table.

we developed a inbound idoc to get the inspection lot details.Once idoc is generated we need to update the text,time and date fields of QAPP table. these details are given in the idoc segment. we used a function module QPRS_SAMPLE_CREATE_FOR_LOT to create a sample for the inspection lot. Now we need to update the

i found one BAPI "BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS" but i dont know how to use this BAPI to change the inspection point details.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
