Client requirement is to allocate stock to each plant with monthly wise so that they can use other month stock in other month .
Below is the requirement and example can you guide how we can proceed further in this.

Requirement:
1. Marketing dept allocates sample quantity material wise monthly for three months together to distribution dept.
2. Distribution checks stocks at branch level and issues the allocated quantity after deducting the available stock to branches
3. ZBM gives monthly employee wise requirement to branches.
4. Based on the ZBM list, branches issue samples to sale employees
5. Branches should be able to issue more than the monthly allocated stock by marketing dept
Example:
1. Mrkg Dept Allocates to Branch (total qty u2013 3700)
a. April u2013 1200
b. May u2013 1000
c. June u2013 1500
2. If 500 quantity is already lying with the branch, then only 3200 qty will be sent
3. ZBM allocates April Stocks to 4 sales employees 300 each
4. While issuing April stocks to sales employees system should not issue more than 1200.
