MB5B report

Dear Experts,

We cannot figure out, why 2 different users get 2 different reports, when running MB5B.

Both are entering the same critierias and using the same layout.

But one user is getting 12 fields in change layout screen, and the other is getting 8 fields.

can anyone tell me what is the reason

Hi,

Check in SUIM and compare both the user profile,looks like authorization issue.

This may be due to authorisation profile assigned for the user

Check with your BASIS

Hi

Pl check user Role parameters, Authorisation profiles are same for both the users. After run of report you can also check with SU53 screen shot in case of any issues in authorisations etc.,
