We have installed Business objects version 3.1 , we installed Crystal Reports Dashboard design XELSIOUS ENGAGE 2008 P2 and SBOP Edge BI LiveOffice XI 3.1 FixPack 3.4 (Support Package BOBJ EDGE BI 3.1 Windows Server on IA32 32bit).
When I go to excelsious u2013 live office- open from BOE - I get a log in screen od my CMS, I gave the credential of our CMS, and when I give the web service URL as following http://boe-bi:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session. i get this following error.
version mismatch:your live office client needs a newer version of busineesobjects web service.
I think you've stated your problem in your question.
You have an old version of Xcelsius and a new version of Live Office. They need to be the same version. That is, you will need to install Xcelsius SP3 FP3.4.
