Hi,

In ECC 6.0, You can use Audit Management for mapping the Internal Audit for ISO 9001-2008.

Audit Plan, Question list (same as audit checklist), Audit, CAPA can be mapped in it.

Hi,

Audit Management consists of:

Audit Planning

Question Lists

Audit Execution

Corrective & Preventive Action

Audit Documentation (Report)

Audit Evaluation

Audit Planning is done first. This is a heirarchially structured Plan to which different audits can be attached. Roles are created for Persons responsible (Auditor-Auditee), Audit type is specified (Internal/External), Audit component: Question list is prepared with valuation and heirarchy, Audit is conducted (Recording & confirming of Audit Results). Outcome of Audit is the Audit Report.. Audit is completed this way. Corrective & Preventive actions are identified and set for action (Follow-up audit), Audit is evaluated (monitored).

Other aspects of Audit Management include: Status Management, Change documents, Authorization etc.
