End dates appearing blank in Actions Overview screen

Hi Experts,

We recently observed that IT0000 - Actions overview screen displays some entries with no end dates. I have verified that all those entries were actual actions and not additional actions.

But, the IT0000 entries with blank end dates are now appearing as additional actions. Another point is that we have recently upgraded our system to Enhancement Pack 4. Not sure, if this is a side-effect due to EHP4.

Has anyone faced this behaviour in IT0000 ?

Any pointers or information is highly appreciated.

If possible can u just post the screen shot of IT0000.

Entries in table t582A & T77S0 are correct. No changes have been performed in these tables during the EHP4 upgrade.

I am not sure how to attach the screenshot. I have it in a word doc but not sure how to attach it. To be more clear, the end date field is blank for some records in IT0000 overview screen. These entries are coming up as additional actions in IT0000 overview for other records.

Please check the table T77s0 where in ADMIN EVSUP it should be 1

Maintain this table properly and let me know the result.

Is the IT0000 entries in V_T582A and the 'Display and Selection', maintained properly?
