open project and wbs

I need to migrate WBS element from one company code to another company code under same controlling area, can any one tell me the table and report name to get open WBS element for a company code? also is there any tool we can transfer WBS elements between company code?

Hi

Execute CJI3 and sub total on WBS element

OR

Execute any project wise balance report, Whereever balance is not zero - all of them are open

You need to open a new WBS element as far as I kmow... there is no mechanism of Transfer of WBS elemnets
