Difference between Xk05 and Xk06

Can u tell me in which case i have to use XK05 Block and which case i have to use Flag for deletion XK06???

hi,

XK05 -blocking can be restricted

XK06- Deletion will be for all process .

Hi ,

When you use XK05, you are specific with the deletion of the vendor.

For ex:

- Block Purchase order

- Block Request for quotation and Purchase order

- Block Request for quotation, Purchase order, Goods Receipt

- Total block.

With XK06, we can flag the vendor for deletion centrally.
