error in stock posting

sir,

while doing stock posting it is showing an error maintain conversion factors for EUR/ INR (currency type M).

i filled the details by using performance assistance but its showing same error . i changed currency from eur to inr but it is showing again same error where do we find that currency type M .

Hi!

The right exchange rate M has to be entered in OB08.

Also check OBA7 for the FI Accounting Document that you are trying to create (WE, WA, etc). See the field "Ex.rate type for forgn crncy docs". Do you have here an empty value? Or do you have any exchange rate type maintained?.

If the field is empty, the system searches for the rate M in stock postings.

If the field has a value, M will not be used, but the rate on this field will be used instead.
