FI doc in VA01

D/ Friends,

I want to enter data in Financial Document in VA01. The path is Extras-> Financial Document-> Create. But the issue is that Create and Display option of Financial Document are not active (grey).

So Iu2019ve 2 issues:

1. How to make these options active?

2. How to make Create option of FI Document in VA01 as mandatory?

Hi,

Create financial document by VX11N

Document status should be D

Then create sales order

Go to header >> Billing document >> maintain created financial document and save then in va02 the financial documents will be active

Lot of thanks for your reply. But my main concern is that I want to make Financial doc. no. field in VA01 as mandatory. How to do that?

Dear R S,

In VA01 go to header > Billing and then go to Extras > Financial Document Now you can see the Create and diplay will be Active.

when you are in any other screen it will be inactive.

To make it mandatory Try using incompletion log or use User exit.
