Broadcast message does not appear

Hi,

I have finished all configuration settings and I sent the message successfully and check in sent log and every thing is ok..

but no message appeared in agents screen at the bottom as usual.

your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I think the problem is not related to mail..I have tested sending message from Internet explorer 8 the message has been sent successfully and appeared in users who use IE 7 or IE 8 ..

when I sent from IE 7 or mozilla firefox the message sent succssfully but did not appeared in IC agents screen.

could you know any solution or SOS or standard sap document talking about the IE recmmended for CRM 7.0?

When you do broadcasting to email address---> check in TA SOST-> if the mail is there, then broadcaster has done the job. The rest work depends on how the mailing is configured.
