LOP process

1. Weekly Email to employees for Attendance Regularization for previous week (Mon to Sun) to be sent every Wednesday - scheduled job - pls suggest what should be done

2. 4th of every month, To create an entry of LOP for employees in IT 9144 for people who have not regularised their attendance - scheduled job - pls suggest

3. 5th of every month, LOP Intimation mail to Employees that salary deduction is being done - pls suggest

4. 18th of every month, Time Administrator to approve these LOPs and send to Payroll - can be managed thru Evaluation

Pls let me know if these process is correct, or if any changes can be brought in

Is it possible to carry out the entire LOP process through time evaluation. As I understand, last item 4 can be done through Time evaluation and beginning 3 items cannot be done. pls help on this
