Need SAP BPC Material for Starter

Hi All,

1 st of all, I would like to introcduce about my self, I am Kiran, I have completed my Masters in 2009 and now i am in QA Testing, i just want to move to SAP. In my research, my friends suggesting to learn SAP BPC.

Now i am confused, can any one can sugget what is the right path to choose and aslo please provide me any material for learning SAP BPC.

Notice that there are several BPC solutions. First one is original SAP based on NetWeaver. Then there is BusinessObject Solution (in 2 versions: for SAP NetWeaver; for Microsoft platform) then there is 3rd solution of BPC for Microsoft platform (Outlooksoft based).
