New EG

I am asked to create a new employee group for the non employees to be moved out of previously created Employee Group.

Is It possible? I know it is possible, please re-confirm .

Can this have impact on interfaces?

What questions I should ask client?

Well yes it is possible...

Just the thing is try not to change it from past as it may have some impact in that case.

Regarding interface if it is not depend on some hard coded value of EG, it will go through as it will pick the value from table.

It will be from past, as we need to move employees under the EG from the previously created EG.

Will that move of employees to new EG will impact interfaces, if yes? What measures can we take to prevent?
