Hi,

Unable to pull the TR (T-code FBL3N) for account XXXXXXXXX for Q4 2010. I'm getting the following message :- Diagnosis No line items meeting your selection criteria could be read. This could be for the following reasons: 1.) No corresponding items have been posted. 2.) You are not authorized to display this data. 3.) The items have already been archived. There is a balance existing in this account , so would like to see what lines make up this balance.

Can someone suggest...

Also keep in mind that the current balance could be unchanged since many months or years, so you might find items only when going back far into the past.

I guess, you already have the reasons for why you are not getting the records.

1) run a trace for any authorization failues... If you find any then just get the authorization and run it.

2) select all items and wipe out the layout option and run the transaction...

3) check if there are any additional selections (check in dynamic selections. they are usually hidden)

4) if not anything.. Check in table BSIS or closed from BSAS for the GL and company code as well as for date.
