DB02 is showing old analysis date

Hi All,

In my BI 7.01 system, DB02 is showing last analysis date as :07.03.2011

I checked SAPOSCOL is running fine and all SAP standard jobs are also running fine.

System is at : SAPKB70107 and kernel 701 at 111 patch level.

Please suggest how can we get Updated data in DB02 for system analysis.

Hi,

make sure that all jobs from SAP note 16083 are released and are running to expected schedule.

This is well documented in SAP course ADM100.

Hello Shivam

Can you check the table DB02_COLL_PLAN chances that some collectors might be inactive -

the column "STATUS=I" means "collector not active".

Also check collectors for segment history for inactive as well (e.g. 551,552,553 and others).

If you notice STATUS=I you should activate all collectors - set "STATUS=A" -

to collect the corresponding data.

Hi Shivam ,

I assume that you try refresh the statistics on DB02, manually. So, check the Note 1002840 - No data or obsolete data in DB Space Statistic monitor

Hi,

I checked OSS Note - 1002840 but issue is still there....I have tried to manually refresh the transaction but nothing happened.

Transaction DB02old is showing correct date but DB02 is showing old date.

Please suggest.

Execute "RSORACOLR " report and check DB02 entries.

As far I understand that suggestion is worked. So, I suggest that you check the note 1508792 - Refresh does not work in DBACockpit.
