Emergency Contact shows as dependent on enrollment
We are upgrading from 4.7 to ECC6, and I have not seen much documentation about any specific changes related to Benefits. I was doing some testing in the new environment, and when I go to HRBEN001 to enroll in my health insurances, I can now see my Emergency Contact listed under the dependents tab?! I've checked the dependent options for the plans, compared them between the new DEV and our current 4.7 PRD, and the tables are the same. Emergency Contact is not listed as a valid dependent that can be covered. Is this just something new that we need to communicate? Or is there a way to 'turn off' the Emergency Contact as a dependent for health insurances? I can send screenshots for clarification if anyone has any suggestions!
